[rseater]

Robert Seater is a PhD candidate in Software Design Group, under the supervision of Daniel Jackson. He received his BS from Haverford College in 2002 for Mathematics and Computer Science.

His research interests revolve around helping software designers and engineers analyze and understand software components at the design level. In recent years, these efforts have been centered around building a partial safety case for a working radiation therapy medical device. He has also worked on improving the user experience of logical modelers and on extending the Problem Frames approach for integrating software components into engineering projects.
